For the most part they are good. When they lack is in there staff. They open at 11, but most of the time the cook is not even there at 11. They are not a friendly staff and you are always going to be waiting. Always having to have cash is a downside, but i understand.It is better to order after 11:30. You will receive a text once your food is ready, but once you go in your food stull is not ready. Most of the time there Philly cheese steak are amazing. I have had one experience were all the meat was burnt in the philly. There wing dings and fries are seasoned just right. There perch dinners are good for the most part. There was one time were my perch tastes like nail polish remover. There prices are good too.

A-MA-ZING so many sleeping on this Cleveland gem literal artisans whipping up THE BEST wings, fries, shrimp. Hell! Even their baked potato is bomb! Moved to CLE from the dirty south and had the hardest time finding good food up here. Then I found Calypso's. They got the flavor, the spices, aaaaaaallll the sauce, and the sweetest employees. How such a small joint can be pushing out so much goodness is a wonder to me, and I loooove it!!!

Calypso's still has some of the best chicken wings Cleveland has to offer! Always hot, fresh, and tasty It's only known to locals mostly. *Everything is made to order: call ahead if you're in a hurry!

Been coming to this place for years……….Very clean, professional-most of all great food. Keep up the good work, it’s hard to find good food in the Hood-Clean where they prepare your food!

Every time I have got the food there. It has been delicious the only thing I really love is the steak fries and wing dings hot season. Just right done in 10 to 15 minutes in and out. I hate that the street is messed up. But that does not stop me from going to get that hot chicken.

The Calypso wings were a great snack for my lunch break I was filled up. I've had the Steak Philly here a few times and it's pretty good. The staff is friendly and they always greet me with a smile and attention. This is a great lunch spot you really get your moneys worth with fair prices.
